ABORIGINAL DAY EVENT JUNE 21, 2013
Hosted by the Boundary Local Metis Association and BANAC of the boundary area. This is open to the entire public and some of the exciting things that we will be doing this day is: free food( corn on the cob, bannock, watermelon and hot dogs) There will also be entertainment from drumming to metis music and jigging. We will have a tipi set up and a fish pond for small children, and bingo for everyone to play, plus any one with local art is invited to set up a table to show off their arts and crafts free of charge. Our event will be from noon until 4 pm on the 21st of June and will be located on the main highway for everyone to share in this day of celebration.
